The reception staff were polite and helpful during my stay.The room service at the resort was impeccable, and the private bathroom equipped with free toiletries was a nice touch. The balcony with a garden view added a charming aspect to the room, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the nearby tea plantations and waterfalls.I appreciated the gift shop next to reception showcasing local handicrafts, adding a cultural touch to the experience. The convenience of being close to major tourist attractions like local markets and caves made it easy to immerse myself in the rich heritage of the region.
